Kunama 1959

Raindrops

Pitter, patter on the rooves,
Like the sound of horse's hooves,
Little raindrops everywhere,
Dancing as without a care.

Round they flutter here and there,
Twisting, turning in the air,
Doing things just as they please,
Swaying playing on the breeze.

Dancing, prancing all around,
Till at last they reach the ground,
Where these dancers meet their fate,
Under hurrying people's feet.
