As every year comes slowly round,
Another building's on the ground.
There were but two in '54:
Although we needed more and more.
Head Laughlin came in '55,
And things began to look alive.
By early months of '56.
We could bear the concrete mix.
Throughout the year of '57
The noise of building was like heaven.
From M.H.S. in desperate state.
The letters flowed at such a rate
That by the end of '58
The sound of hammers struck our pate.
And right through nineteen fifty nine
The Admin. grew and looked so fine.
That Heffron came and turned the key
To end a page of history.
And '60 saw some more expansion:
A new School Hall and classroom mansion.
The buildings now as you can we
Are blocks new numbered A to G.
But I predict we'll all be dead
Before they Set to X Y Z.
